Are Your Products Handmade By You?

Yes Earrings/Keyrings/Pins/Trolley Tokens are handmade by me. 

All of my novelty earrings/keyrings/pins are 100% handmade by me from scratch. which means i create templates on my computer, print them out, cut all out by hand & seal with resin. I do not purchase planar/acrylics in bulk from China or Australian suppliers of these products as i don't class them as handmade & think they are fast fashion & are mass produced.

I do use laser cut acrylics which are purchased from Aussie owned laser cut companies.

I also use resin which is hand poured by me using handmade molds.

I do however sell stickers & croc charms which are imported from China as an added bit of fun.

What materials do you use?

Clip on earrings - These are made from silver plated metal. They are lead free.

 

Stud Posts - These are made from 304 surgical steel & are made in the USA.

Jumprings - These are made from stainless steel.

Toppers - These can be made from hand pored resin, Acrylic, Wood.

Hooks - These are made from 304 surgical steel.

Do You Do Custom Orders?

Yes i do accept custom orders. Just send me a message & ill let you know if i can do it.

Custom orders will be made from plastic which i print on to. I can do custom orders of pets/family members. I just need a good quality image.

These can be turned into earrings/pins/keyrings/magnets. Anything you like really!

Turnaround time for custom orders will be 2 days.

What if an item breaks or comes apart.

As these are handmade items yes sometimes they may come apart.

While i try every effort to make sure they last a long time it is possible for them to break due to time/ mistreatment / temperature the list  goes on. All of my studs/dangles/clipons are glued and then the backs sealed with resin. It is possible for glue to fail.

If the item is recently purchased up to 1 month & the stud/clip on/ pin does happen to come off i am more then happy to give you a replacement  but i will need a picture of the broken product.
