If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me so we can work something out.

• Please contact within 14 days of purchase.

• Buyer to pay for any return postage costs.

• All refunds are at the discretion of Ashliey Designs.

I will give a refund or exchange if you receive a faulty item. All faulty items must be returned to me before the refund or exchange takes place.

We don't give refunds or exchange on change of mind or if you make an incorrect purchase. All product sizes are listed on each listing so please read the description carefully.
